I Had The Best Quesadilla Tonight.

DD had to work late and said she would bring supper from one of our favorite spots.

I got a turkey, bacon and cheese quesadilla. I got the Thousand Island dressing on the side.  I thought it would be 1 large tortilla folded in half.  Nope, 2 whole tortillas w/real shredded turkey.  It was wonderful.  I could only eat 1/3 of it, so I will have the rest for lunch tomorrow.  It came w/ff and a small container of pasta salad. Didn't touch the ff or salad. Not a bad deal for $10, dinner and next day's lunch.  It was a lot of food.

It would be a great way to use leftover turkey.  Something different from a regular turkey sandwich.

Gotta love those little of the beaten path places. I have never had a bad meal there.

Re: I Had The Best Quesadilla Tonight.

I was hoping this was from a national chain so I'd have a chance to try it.  Which brings up the question:  Just how good are national chains in the first place?  Hit and miss around here.
