Dr. Oz always recommends including omega-3 DHA in your diet, and suggests adding fish oil, so I purchased a bottle of it, the purest, freshest kind I could find, with added natural orange flavor, to supposedly hide the fishy taste. UGH!!!!! It really turns my stomach to ingest it.

I forced a tsp. of it down both yesterday and today, and I find it really disgusting. I will try to use up most of this one, 8oz. bottle, by bribing myself, but after that, NEVER AGAIN!

I will go back to eating canned wild Alaskan salmon. I love the Whole Foods, 365 brand of it. I was eating it once or twice a week. I will go back to doing that again. I don't want to take the pills because they have a gelatin shell.

Does anyone really like the bottled oil? {#emotions_dlg.scared}
