How to operate correctly the TSV Pressure Cooker BEFORE Return

For those that are having problems with the TSV, I was as well and so I did some things as I posted in post #41 in the "TSV Pressure Cooker Review" thread. I am now very confident in its proper operation and this is after experiencing 15 strong steam escapes and being all set to return it.
