How to mke Mayo in the Vitamix?

The vitamix website has a Mayo recipe but states that if you use a different Vitamix or container size other than the 64oz you may need to adjust variable speed, processing time and/or ingredient quantity. My Vitamix purchased thru QVC is the 48oz. & Mayo recipe is not in the included cookbook. How should I alter the Mayo recipe for my unit? Apparently size of container can effect any recipe that is intended for the 64 oz container. More recipe books should be offered for the QVC customer!! More gluten free recipes please!!!!
