Yay! Glad your dinner came out well.   I was just thinking about your steaks and wondering, so I headed here.

 

We both like it medium well also.   My husband's favorite meal is the ribeye I make with roasted asparagus.   

 

Garlic butter - awesome touch!   I don't usually go to the trouble, but there IS butter in the cooking of my steaks and then a really thin sliver on top at the end.  Mmmm....butter.  Smiley Very Happy
