How do you store your potatoes?

I had a cute set of bags - one for potatoes, one for onions. I had them for years, but the potato bag now needs to be replaced. I was all set to get another one, but can't find one I like. Which started me thinking that maybe there are better ways to store potatoes. And who would know better than the ladies here!

So......What do you all use to store your potatoes? I never have pounds & pounds, usually just a few at a time. And I know they have to be stored in the dark. I still like the idea of bags specially made for this, but I'd love other ideas as well. Thanks in advance! {#emotions_dlg.sleep}
