I love scrambled eggs--nothing in them, gently mixed not beaten to death, cooked over medium low heat and sort of scraped gently off the bottom and folded over so they are done but not hard done.

I also LOVE a boiled egg, about 5 minutes or less, eaten out of the shell. Oh boy is that good stuff with toast!

I saw Martha Stewart on the cooking show the other day and was thinking about how much I LOVE eggs! I can make an omelette the old style way, just like Julia Child did on her old old show!
