This is Ina Garten's method. It always works for me

Roasted Chicken Breast
Skin on, bone in

Rub with olive oil
Sprinkle on salt and pepper

375 for 35-40 minutes...165 degrees

Comes out very juicy

Yes, Ina's recipe is the best for baked chicken breast.  So much flavor...  And juicy too...

Update!

I marinated them in a Ziploc bag for a couple of hours, using a Zesty Italian dressing, then baked them at 375° for about an hour (165°).  They were juicy and delicious.  Thank you everyone who offered advice and moral support!

PS - even better news.. we have one left over!

Campbells has a slower cooker pouches of liquid for roast or chicken to be used in a crock pot.  The chicken is fabulous.  You can add any veggies you would like including potatoes, onions, carrots, etc and just leave it.

My family is not a lover of chicken but no leftovers with this and as with any item cooked in a slow cooker it is very moist.

Have enjoyed all the over recipes being shared.  I plan on trying a few.
