@ECBG  Whenever I want. LOL I deny myself nothing. Life is too short for that. If I get a sweetness craving, which isn't too often, I have a teaspoon full of spumoni ice cream. I just eat it standing by the freezer. I never make a bowl.

Almost every day.    I am addicted to the pretty bakery style cookies that I buy at the grocery store.  I get the variety that usually include shortbread type with either a drop of raspberry jam or chocolate on the top center, or covered with sprinkles, or icing glazed flower shapes, etc. If the store is out of them,  I wouldn't object to the pack of black and white cookies also in the bakery section of my store. And if they are not available, I may need to force myself, haha, to buy Lofthouse.  Actually, I don't think that I would object to any cookie hahaha.  I try to not go over two a day.

Lol...that's how my husband eats ice cream he will put in fridge a bit so it's soft, then he stands at kitchen counter and eat out of container. He will look at me, eyebrow raised and say "what? It's not like you're going to eat any. " Which is mostly true...I was not a big ice cream person until I tried Kroger's premium house brand...which is so dang wonderful I could eat an entire pint in one sitting.

@kate2357  Haha. That's so funny. I can relate to your husband. My hubs doesn't like spumoni so it's all mine. lol. Hubs loves his chunky monkey by Ben & Jerry's.

this is always a jar of homemade biscotti -it can sit there and get hard - that's fine

not a lot of sugar or fat in them

i dont tend to buy cookies as i make my own- around the holidays which are full of butter and sugar -bc it is the HOLIDAYS

there is most likely a tub of ice cream 

there are a variety of chocolates - semi sweet bars, fun size etc

do i eat sweets everyday? maybe... salty snacks... maybe...

excerise? yea.... i do....

I will be honest here and say - every day.  I know that sugar is not a good thing and I have battled with this for the majority of my adult life.  I have tried going cold turkey, I have tried substitutes, I have tried limiting it -- I have tried just about everything to stop but so far no luck!  If I didn't love sweet things I would definitely be slim as a reed and no doubt much healthier!

For me, it's every now & then, just as long as it is not too sweet. There are times when I just want the dessert, which I seem to appreciate more on an empty stomach.
