This way is new to me, but it might be good for eating a thawing frozen banana.

I have a masticating juicer. There are several types of juicers and this style will make frozen desserts. I will freeze bananas after peeling them and will put them through the juicer which turns them into a frozen banana custard.  I'm thinking of adding some coconut pieces to it the next time I make it for a banana coconut ice cream.

I used to have one of those Yonanas machines that did the same thing but it was so incredibly loud and that was its only function, I got rid of it.  I like my juicer which can make frozen desserts as well as juice.

I eat bananas out of the peel and make homemade banana pudding.

I eat them on cereal and we make ice "cream" with only very ripe bananas and 2 percent milk!  LOVE it and no salt and added fat and just the ripeness of the bananas!

It is good and icy treat sweet enough just like that--with some coffee and/or vanilla for flavor!

Banana bread, just peel and eat or my favorite is to cut the banana into slices and drizzle with hot fudge and whipped cream.  I like banana ice cream but don't make it myself.

Re: How Do You Eat Bananas?

You can make ice cream with just bananas. Guess you could add anything to it you like.  I have never tried it.

I eat bananas with cereal, with blueberries to make smoothies, banana bread, banana muffins, peel & eat, frozen chocolate dipped banana I ate some place on vacation that was really good.

I don't:    I find them constipating...

I peel 'em.  Skin doesn't do much for my digestive tract.

That's different.

I like them firm and not mushy. 🍌🍌
