I ordered a product back before Thanksgiving, one of the dishes arrived broken. I called customer service for temptations as directed by a qvc rep. They told me they would send me a replacement within 14 business days. Its now Feb 15th and Im still getting the run around. Now they tell me its on back order until May. Why don't they tell you that if you have a problem, then you may have to wait a half a year to receive your replacement. This is totally unexceptable. Anyone else going thru this?
