Hormel Cure 81 Ham & pineapple?

I've got 1/2 of a Cure 81 ham in my refrigerator - trying to think of something different to do with it . Seems like my mom use to eat it with pineapple cooked on it or something...anybody remember doing that?

Suggestions please.
