I take thyroid supplement medication.......grapefruit interferes with that.

aware - my statin says not to drink a quart of grapefruit juice in a day! I don't like the juice, just the fruit. I often have a half for breakfast. That's 12 hours after I've taken the statin and my doctor says that's just fine.

I'd also eat a honeybell without worry, but read the fine print with your own meds to see what yours requires.
