Here is a recipe for Refrigerator Rolls

2 Cups warm water

2 Packages active dry yeast

1/2 cup sugar

2 Tsp.salt

1/4 cup shortening

1 egg beaten

6 1/2 - 7 cups flour

In bowl dissolve yeast in water. Stir in sugar & salt. Add shortening cut into pieces and egg. Mix in flour with fork until dough is easy to handle. Place greased side up in greased bowl. Cover with damp cloth put in refrigerator over night. About 2 hours fefore baking shape dough into rolls. Cloverleaf. Cover and let rise until double. Bake at 351 for 12-15 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen. I make 8 dozen every holiday. Been doing this for 50 years!
