I always wondered how they made these noodles. Some people eat them plain, some with sweet and sour sauce and then some eat them in their soup. Sorta fills you up before the meal comes.
I asked and the owner, told me to fry dried pasta. That didn't work. So I thought cook it, let it drain then fry it. That didn't work.
Then I found a recipe in a Chinese cookbook, it was just like making fresh Italian Pasta, just flour, eggs and a little salt. I rolled it out and cut it into strips like in the restaurant, then fried it. It tasted like the ones in restaurant!!!!
