Homemade Apple Pie in the Oven

I usually make an apple pie every September but the last 2 years, I did not. So I decided to make one. My crust is from scratch and I use tart applies and sprinkle a little sugar over the crust. I wish I would become a pro at rolling out the pie dough. If you have some tips you can share with me, I would appreciate it. About 20 more minutes and it will be done. The house smells good.Smile
