Your post makes me glad I don't like bacon. Very rarely eat it but sometimes add a small amount of bacon to baked beans.

Black Forest bacon is 9.99 per pound at Whole Foods. I thought this was expensive. Best bacon we ever had except for Nueske's bacon at 7.99 lb in Wi.
