Now that Q has bought out/merged with HSN, will the regular Chefs stay on, or will they go???? Will prices stay the same, or will they go??? Does S&H stay, or will it go???

Guess we will have to wait and see.....What about Wolfie??? What do ya think??

If I were one of those in charge, I wouldn't make any overt changes.... QVC AND HSN are working!  I wouldn't rock the boat.  Maybe some corporate changes in order to make both channels uniform and run smoothly.  The customers wouldn't "see" any changes....

Per radio, papers and info here QVC didn't purchase and they did not merge.  QVC parent company already owned stock in HSN and on the 5th they purchased most or all of the balance of HSN stock.   Only time will tell what happens.  I shop both.  I have never had trouble with the HSN computer system.   I hope that QVC takes care of all their computer gremlins soon.  They don't need to ever share their negative aspects, just the tried and true good things.  Each have their own special things i buy.  I hope they don't merge.  The consumer could have much to lose.

Never purchased from HSN. Yesterday, Checked out Bali designs. Interested in Nicky B rings. Today HSN emailed me 15% off my first purchase.

USA today stated that they would continue to operate as individual brands.

If they are smart they will leave things alone.  Some customers don't like QVC and some don't like HSN. Why ruin a good thing?

No merger. The Q does not own HSN. Liberty Media now owns both just as they own other retailers such as Ballard Designs.
