Here we go again...a vac ITKWD

[ Edited ]

OK, I get it. David can sell anything and a vac is a high priced item, so Q has decided that vacs are standard kitchen appliances.

I disagree, so once again I'm gone. I won't tune back to ITKWD today.

Q must sell a bunch of vacs during the kitchen shows, else they wouldn't continue presenting them in kitchen hours. I guess a lot of people enjoy the vac demos.

i use a vacuum in my kitchen. i dont find anything wrong with featuring it.

david MUST sell a lot of vacuums because they keep doing it......and they are in the business to sell.

I have hardwood floors in my kitchen.  It gets vacuumed daily.  So I understand showing the TSV during ITKWD.

I have the Shark Rocket.

@nomless  Not a fan of cleaning products of any kind during ITKWD - except Scrub Daddy.

Ok, let’s not pretend the vacuum and the kitchen have a real connection. David is a selling machine, so they will put almost anything in ITKWD to move more merch. If they could figure out a mattress connection they would. 😂

I use a vac in my kitchen. Lord the messes I have made with flour, sugar, etc.- I'll spare you the details. Maybe I'm not the only one and they know it?

I'm not likely to buy any pots and pans or dishes or cooking implements or a cookbook or even food, but I do watch more ITKWD than almost anything else.  That's got to be why all the "extras" sell so well.

Its like when i turn to watch fashion shows....these days almost half the presentations are beauty items.....have stopped watching any "Style" shows ( AM, PM, etc.) because fashion is only part of it..............don't want to waste my time..............

Re: Here we go again...a vac ITKWD

OP here. I use a vac in my kitchen, too, but not when I'm cooking.

I see a lot of you do like seeing vacs ITKWD. That's cool. But I remember the old days with Bowersox when the the show used to be about cooking. It's really not about cooking anymore, it has evolved into something else. Packaged foods / decor / cleaning show. My expectations have failed to morph in the same manner, so I guess that's why I'm disappointed.

Oh, well. I have lots of other things to do, don't need to watch David's show if the products don't interest me.

I thought I heard him refer to that segment as the "cleaning corner" portion of his show.  Or some such verbiage.
