Help with coupons

I'm just an average customer looking for ways to save at the grocery store. I know there are super savers that can buy $150.00 worth of groceries for a $1.00. Some buy 25 copies of the Sunday paper for the coupons and others belong to swap clubs. I know some markets will and others won't accept Internet coupons. So, my question is how do you save, do you go to extremes?
