Help w/TSV Pressure cooker-I'm freaking out!

Hope someone here can answer my question. I got the TSV pressure cooker and did the run thru water test and it was fine. Now I'm making my first ever pot roast in a pressure cooker. Everything seemed to be going well when after about 5 min or so all this steam starting spewing out. Is this normal? I hope so. Hope it is not a problem and my dinner won't cook. Since I have never used one before I have no idea if this is normal. Well I have pizza's as a back up just in case! lol Thanks for any help because it freaked me out.
