Help to get my George Foreman question answered by customer service

QVC needs to do a better job anserwing customer questions. I emailed them and asked if they new when the George Foreman evolve grill may come back in stock. All they said was there is waitlist available. I know that but I do not want to waitlist. Its a expensive product. Plus I was hoping to get easy pay. Anyone know who I could send an email to an get a better answer. The price is a great price since you get all of those plates.
