Hi. I bought the technique silicone muffin cups so that I could line with chocolate and put different fillings in them for dessert. I lined the bottom and edges with melted chocolate and put them in the freezer to harden as instructed during the on air presentation. They easily pulled away and off the cups on air leaving a chocolate shell, whole and intact. Mine peeled away from the edges but I could not get them to come out of the muffin cup without breaking. Did I miss a step? I really want these to work as this is the primary reason I bought them. Thanks in advance for any suggestions you might have!
