Help With Mini Kuerig, please!

My B31 Mini Kuerig - When I'm making a cup of coffee, the water starts coming out of the spout before the pump starts working to pump the water out. I have thoroughly cleaned all the needles & have done a scaling on it, but its still doing it. Of course, it is about 2 mo. past the warranty date. Do you think there's any chance Kuerig would replace it, or are they very strict about the date? Has anyone else encountered this problem? Thanks for any advice!
