Help Shoekitty! Tomato Pie Recipe needed

I am so in need of a good cheesy tomato pie recipe. I was watching DDD with Guy, and I came in on the tail end of a killer Tomato pie. It had one bottom crust, layers of tomatoes and cheeses. It was pretty thick. The slice they showed looked so good.... bright red tomatoes, stacked with layers of yellow and white cheeses. I went to website and could not find recipe. I did not get to see them make it.

It was on this Saturday's show, 10pm Pacific time.

Can anyone help? I am loaded with tomatoes. I have Roma's, but would be willing to buy tomatoes to make this pie! I have never made one, ever!
