Just thought I'd come back and post that I did receive my chicken today and it actually had a good amount of dry ice left in the cooler...

I ordered the culotte steaks from HSN/Curtis stone.  They finally shipped  .The dry ice was pretty much gone, but the steaks were still frozen solid and I immediately put them in my freezer.  They are pretty small.  I will be trying them this week.  My first food order from HSN.

I love their chicken products, but they have only taken two days to reach my door.    I must confess that I have cancelled all of my other AD food selections since most of the them were taking a week or so to arrive.

It's a little late, but still wanted to get back to let you know that, whew, I received my order as I usually do, in 2 days. Chicken was frozen, no issues.
