I have the Cook's Essentials S/S 12" Indoor Stovetop BBQ Grill Pan and I absolutely love the idea of it, and other reviewers seem to love the product as well but I am having a hard time getting meat to the correct inner-temperature.
It seems like I am cooking for way too long but just can't get the temp up, and have to finish off my chicken, etc in the oven anyway.
I have a gas stove. Should I be turning the flame up? Or should I be going low and slow?
I'd like to keep this item but not unless I can figure it out. I don't have a lot of experience on grilling indoors...thank you!
