Have you tried grains like amaranth?

I purchased some organic whole grain amaranth when I was at Whole Foods, and have been making a healthy hot cereal with it. It has 7 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber in just 1/4th cup of it! It has only 1 gram of sugar. I put other things in with it to add to the flavor, and it turns out very hearty and filling. Smile
