I went to chocolate shops in Seattle and Fran's and Theo's are a lot better. I DO like See's peanut butter crunch and peanut brittle. The scotchmallow are good too. See's is all over in CA, it was a common gift for people. I just had some delivered as a gift for Christmas, I would've sent Fran's salted caramels if they weren't more expensive!
