Excuse me if this was already posted. But I went to my order status to check which ship date I picked for the Harry London TSV. I didn't see my order, and didn't see any Harry London items on the Web.
I did some research and it said that the Processing Facility was burnt down - no one was hurt. Has anybody heard anything about this?

From what I've read here and seen with my advanced order, they've all been canceled.

Canceled? That stinks!! I ordered a set for November and December. The nutcrackers tins are so nice. I don't want to give them away now!!
What a shame.

I sent a email to customer service I ordered the nutcracker set as well. He said it's processing. I don't know if that is true or not.

Mine's been in process for 3 days. Not a good sign. Might be just the computer not being updated to cancel.
Will have to place an order someplace else and SOON. WHY IS QVC not alerting its customers about what to OR NOT to expect???????????

I received the penquin tin with pretzels just this wednesday despite the fact that my order status still says it is in process. Maybe there is still hope. I really hope so for the sake of the company. Maybe the people who set up the healthcare web site and the QVC web site are the same! Haha

My two orders still say 'In Process', but it looks like they'll be cancelled as well. I'm so sorry I didn't pick the November ship date now.

I had ordered some of the chocolate covered pretzels for a friend, for the 12/8 advance sale week, and I just got an email that my order was cancelled.
So then, I went to the QVC website to log in to my purchasing account and it wouldn't take my email address. I tried again and got the 'qvc.com is unavailable' message.
Man, this is the least stable website of all time. Now, let's see if this post takes...
ETA - I just got in and my order also still says 'in process'. It will probably change after a few hours - or a few days.

i ordered two sets of the TSV.....one of each. my order right now is showing ""in process.""
