Re: Hard boiled eggs in pressure cooker

@charlie dog  By chance, do you have a Ninja 3-in-1 or 4-in-1?  You can do "boiled" eggs in there.  In reality, they're steamed.  I can't believe I can make 2 dozen eggs at once and they're perfect - cooked through, a beautiful colored yolk, no green ring, and easy to peel!

I realized that, since that was how your posted your question.  I was just making an alternate suggestion, if you might have had the Ninja, too.

Re: Hard boiled eggs in pressure cooker

Never thought about making hard boiled eggs in the pressure cooker. I bought one of those egg cookers. The eggs are so easy to peel using this gadget.

Re: Hard boiled eggs in pressure cooker

An update .I put my pressure cooker setting to veg and fish which is 5 minutes than I put fresh eggs from my girls in. Let the stream release naturally for one minute.Put eggs in cold bath.SUPER! Never had fresh eggs that peeled before! This pressure cooker is worth buying if only you had fresh eggs to do. Farm fresh egg are almost impossible to do. THANKS EVERYONE
