I make deviled eggs 6 at a time. I keep the completed halves in small lock and lock containers in the fridge for up to a week and they are fine and fresh tasting right to the very end. Also, I use my pressure cooker to make the hard boiled eggs. Pressure cook on high pressure for 6 minutes, then let it natural release for the next 5 minutes (time them). Then quick release whatever pressure is left and put the 6 eggs in a large bowl of tap cold water (no need to waste your ice cubes). Let them cool for several minutes then peel them under a slow, cold stream of water in the sink. They peel easily that way with no damage to the sides. They are perfection inside whenever I do it this way.
