Hey everyone. I'm new here and thought I'd ask some advise from those that are familiar with these "Blogs" I have a new glass cooktop and after 30 + years of bits and pieces of cookware I am ready for a new set. I have been using everything from the old cast iron skillet, copper bottomed Revereware and some nonstick. Just wondered about the differences between the Hard Anodized and the Enamel coated cast iron. Also the Technique line and the Cook's Essentials line. I'm really hoping not to have to worry about scratching this new glass cooktop but also want something that cooks well and easy to clean. Thx for any and all replys.
