What bread do you use?  I take sourdough and avoid high grain breads according to the gut doctor's recommendations.

I love various types of bread.  My favorite is sourdough, rye.   I just ordered and tried Royo bread and it's not bad, very soft, filling and the taste is not bad better than others I have tried.

I've never been a sourdough fan. My favorite homemade bread is Bernard Clayton's "Pain Ordinare Careme". I just got a new Kindle cookbook, "The Italian Baker" by Carol Field, so I'll try out one of those recipes Saturday.

@chessygal

Love sourdough as growing up in San Francisco it was the bread of choice.

Always looking for a good one here in Colorado finally found it at our local King Sooper's (Kroger) and the brand is called Ace, oddly enough made in Canada.

I like any type of artisan bread.  Growing up we only had white bread and now I can't even look at it lol.

I love a good marble rye or pumpernickel.  Love a grilled sandwich with these.  Grilled cheese, tuna melt, patty melt.  Yum!

I like a lot of different breads. Pumpernickel, rye, ciabatta, and a good crusty Italian bread.
