@lil sophie ... So happy to hear today is National Cookie Day!! Cookies are my favorite dessert. I would have to go with Oatmeal Raisin as being my favorite! 🍪

I really like cookies...though I don't buy or bake or eat a lot of them, but still like to have some occasionally around the house for a sweet treat..have many favs...

I love gingerbread and molasses type cookies...chewy best but can be crunchy too.

My aunt's recipe for pumpkin chocolate chip cookies I sometimes bake in the fall.

Love Oreos...for commercial cookies. Love those dark chocolate wafer cookies, too, that you make the no bake ice box cake with. When I was a kid I could eat about 10 at a time, lol...wouldn't now...but love them. Haven't had them in a long time.

Also, a local farm makes delicious fresh baked cookies of all kinds...they have a coconut/macadamia nut cookie that's delish. 

Rocky Road cookies are good....had a delicious one at a small market, fresh baked. Yum.

During the holidays I love to make and eat...

The Mexican wedding cookies, my grandma's anginettes, my aunt's chocolate muzettes, and last...those chocolate crackle cookies!

I'm pretty sure I never met a cookie I didn't like, but my favorite would be home made choco chip, which I only do once a year.

There are lots of good cookies. I think my favorite is snickerdoodle, I like the spice of cinnamon, the sweetness of sugar, the crispy exterior and soft interior. I have not made any in years, I will overeat.
