@house_cat  I have had to do that many times. I go ahead and cook it and I just slice the ham up, pour the juices over it and keep it on warm in a slow cooker. Works perfect.

Good point! I haven't opened the wrapper - that would really be something if I cooked it in the plastic! Yikes!

I would cook the s. potatoes and #2 dish first - the dish will keep potatoes hot while the ham warms up.

And could zap s potatoes in microwave for couple of mins to warm a little... - if needed

(which I doubt)

Don't over warm your ham.  It won't be as good.  Just cover tightly with aluminum foil and towels.  You can always put the platter into the microwave for 1 minute!

It's pre-sliced and wrapped in foil.  Maybe I can heat it up, then take it out of the oven while the scalloped potatoes and vegetable dishes cook before returning it to the oven without the foil to crisp it up a bit?

I always pick the items that go by the oven time!  Other than that i rely on the stove top or grill.

Green beans, cook top

Roasted squash planks and rolls at the same time.

I make potato salad and deviled eggs for  several reasons.  The oven is an issue!
