I buy cranberry - pistachio buscotti at Publix and love them.  If you have dental problems you probably shouldn't get these because they are REALLY hard.  I do love them and hope I don't have to give up for my teeth.

@m0rgan   They don't have to be hard, just don't bake them twice.

I recently made gingerbread with apricots, and cherry and pistachio, so many other recipes I want to try.

Grew up eating biscotti and make them too.  I always have to have them in the house.  I don't go in for sweet desserts, but I'm always in the mood for a biscotti and coffee. I get these in Costco when there are none in the house. They're quite good....

@qualitygal If you're looking for a good brand that's available in many stores, try Nonni's brand.  I believe QVC sells/sold them, but are kind of expensive.  Locally in CT, I've bought them for about $3/bag of 8.  If you have a Christmas Tree Shop in your area, they are sold there.

They're pretty easy to bake, too.

I can remember recuperating from surgery when my Godmother brought me a tray of biscotti she made.  DELISH.

@Linda0215

I stock these and currently have three jars in our pantry and one on the counter.

The crunch is addictive.
