HSN to sell Bon Appetite Cookware

I saw on the HSN website that they will offer Bon Appetite cookware the end of Jan. They claim it has been tested for quality. I'm curious about it. I don't they give a hoot about the quality of some of their kitchen items. BTW: They are still offering a one year subscription to Bon Appetite magazine for $12. That's a good deal if you like the magazine.
