I bought this thing from HSN and have been using it for a few weeks and I am shipping it back. Just ...took me the same amount of time to fry burgers in it as on the stove top or grill. I thought air fryers were supposed to cut the cooking time down!!! I can do the same things in my Breville oven as in this- and there are no websites to tell you how to use it or any but a few recipes-gonna cost me $10 to ship it back----am kicking myself!!!

I looked at this to replace a current air fryer but thought I'd wait for more reviews. The very first five reviews were all 5 star.........now there are 74(?) with 32 at 3-1 stars.

I don't have this exact one but I love my air fryer.

You don't have to heat up the oven, the grates vs a baking sheet bake the foods without sitting in the grease, I'm not sure about saving time but I like that it's countertop, easy to use, heats up fast and overall unless you're cooking for a large family, a small unit.

There's actually no instructions that I know about, I set the temp that something normally bakes at, set the timer and let it go.

I bake french fries, fish, chicken and rolls.  I clean the grate, wipe and bottom and we're good to go to the next time I use it.

I love my Breville oven---have had it  for 2 years now and have not used my big oven since, it is a convection model so I can get things to look like air fried. ---I am curious about air frying but hate the big, clunky look of them so this interested me for its footprint. But my so called air fry things come out wet and soggy not crisp and browned like I see with the others. Live and learn, I guess!!
