I think it's only PFOA free, but not PTFE free. Also, I don't know why they would offer two of the same size - I definitely wouldn't need TWO 12" pans. I do like Curtis Stone however and absolutely love his pineapple slicer!

I agree. If it was the 12 inch and maybe something else, I might consider. With this, they assume you will give one away. A skillet and a sauce pan I might consider.

Simplemente Delicioso is PTFE/PFOA free. I myself am so over buying Chefs Cookware.

Same here, he's definitely not hard to look at, and he seems like such a nice happy guy. I just finished watching his presentation, and that Aussie accent is adorable. I need more cookware like another hole in my head, otherwise I'd give those pans a try. He sells this unusual looking mortar & pestle that I want to get.

I've never heard of this line "Simplemente Delicioso" so I googled it. I could not find anywhere that it is PTFE/PFOA free. You think they would add that information if that is so. If I were on the market for some pans, I would probably get the "Green Pan" brand. I have some of those and I'm really happy with them.
