If it were me I would get the Paula Dean 5.?? qt. air fryer.  There are only two of us and I originally got the 3.?? qt. CE one from QVC thinking it would be plenty big.  It really wasn't big enough even for 2 of us.   I went ahead and bought the PD larger one and love it!  My smaller one still won't go to waste.  I will use both of them at once a lot.  One for meat and one for a starch.  

@JaneMarple I agree with @mima that if you are looking to purchase an air fryer go up a size as I have (and love) one of the original Cook's Companion fryers which only came in the smaller size at the time.  It works for me as it's just me but when it dies I will be replacing it with a larger size so I can roast a small chicken or pork roast.  MIMA I am glad to hear you are happy with your PD fryer as I really like what I hear in terms of features in her presentations and it's good to know she has a great product . . . . Smiley Happy
