I saw it at Fresh Market yesterday in Indiana. It offers 20 grams of protein and only 6 sugar grams in the 6 ounce container of plain (nonfat)-100 calories. Has anyone tried it and is it good? It's pricey at $2.49 for one container. TIA Win

Good morning, win. I haven't tried this yogurt, but just did a search and see that it is Icelandic and claims to be thicker and creamier and Whole Foods carries it. $2.49 is a bit pricey, but hubby and I share a carton as dessert.

Sounds good Winimac. We like Fage, hubs eats Fruyo which is 14 grams of protein. I like the Fage with the fruit side cups. 20 grams of protein is definitely an improvement. I use yogurt for the protein factor so I will check it out at my Fresh Market.

I am in Fort Wayne; we have only one Fresh Market.

Hi Whitelinen. My sister is in Ft. Wayne! I didn't know you had a Fresh Market there. I may try it. I signed up for e'mails and got a buy one get one free coupon-at least it's supposed to come in my e'mail today. I'll let you and magic know if it's good. I love Fage--it has 16 grams or 18 grams of protein--I believe. The 20 grams is even better.
