H216115 -- Frywall Splatter Guard

This product seems to have 9 lives.  I remember it catching on fire in an early QVC on-air presentation over a year ago.  I see Lori Grenier now has it under her many, many products.

The vendor's job is to sell, to create a need where there wasn’t  one. Our job is to be discerning and disciplined.

They, QVC and vendors, would sell the Brooklyn Bridge.

Caveat Emptor! Dh says I’m gullible and a hoarder.

Btw I just love the blooper takes on YouTube——- products catch fire, fail, break, etc.

Why do my splatters end up on the range hood?  I don't see that working very well.  Or they would ricochet off the side of the thing and bounce out, or something.

Lori's prices are considerably less than what the inventor had been charging.  Less also than Amazon so I ordered the small 10" size.  If I love it then I'll get the larger one.  It will have to prove to be less trouble than cleaning stove surfaces and easy to stir or turn foods.

Re: H216115 -- Frywall Splatter Guard

When I first saw them, I thought they were a great idea.  But then I realized I have a big stockpot that sort of flairs out a bit on the sides giving it the same look.    Since then I have been searing my meat in that and it works great.

Of course the inside of the pot can be heated up to 550 degrees so I can sear away.
