He tried to be in NYC. Huge place by Times Square.

'NYTIMES gave him a scathing review--he was gone in a very short times--months.

I met him at a work conference and tbh, he was kind of a jerk. I had watched him on FN and found him entertaining. After the conference,  stopped watching his shows. Never been to any of his restaurants or purchased any of his foods.

Fieri actually started in Ferndale, Ca. where his parents still reside and he calls his hometown. I've seen his booth at the Humboldt County Fair and never eaten at one of his restaurants not being a fan of his style of cooking but friends have enjoyed dining at his  burger joint in Vegas.
