That's illegal.

All this speculation is just that...and assumptions.

Most employees of this nature have contracts.  We do not have privy info as to how the contract is written.  What the clauses are or the expirations.  They may also have Non-Compete clauses which prohibit them from going to competitors such as the Jewelry Channel.

If an employee does not have a contract, they are an At Will employee and can be let go at any time for any reason or NO reason.

I highly doubt a company as large as Qurate doesn't have an adequate staff in HR.  It is absolutely essential these days.

So we have NO way to know why certain hosts have been let go OR why.  Doesn't make much sense to keep making up stories about 'personalities', 'Changes in persona', 'hair color changes' etc!  LOL

QVC doesn't owe us any explanations.
