Was there any mention of the grade of this ground beef?

I just purchased 20 lbs of fresh ground local farm raised beef for $6 a pound.   

Buying fresh local farm sausage next week, but not sure of that price yet.

80% lean is not lean - 20% fat is ground chuck - very fatty. Outrageious price.

I buy ground sirloin only 7% fat.  Bought some yesterday for $5.99 a lb.  And sirloin is the most expensive.

And I agree about Walmart meat - does not taste remotely the same as what I buy at my grocery store.

Thank you for saying so. And I find Walmart's meats a good 15% to 25% more expensive than my supermarkets, and they don't stock cheaper cuts like chuck steak. Maybe others have Walmarts with better meat departments, but mine disappoints.

I couldn't get 90% hamburg last week.  Got the 85% which was $7.95/lb.

Grocery availability and prices vary weekly since the pandemic.  We just have to go along with the times.

I'm sure that whomever ordered the beef from QVC enjoyed it - it seemed like a good qualty.

Our ground sirloin is 9.99 a lb.  I swallowed hard, but bought it.  Low fat content is a priority for me.

Their prices are getting ridiculous on so many things!!!
