Uh, what ? Grilled watermelon ? Can't say I've ever thought about putting watermelon in a grill pan.  During one of Q's promos they were showing what all you can grill in a cast iron skillet.

Green beans

different vegetables, corn

watermelon

don't want my watermelon hot.

If I ever grilled nowadays, I'd try grilling watermelon.  I love all sorts of grilled veggies and grilled pineapple and grilled peaches, too.

There was a time that the only way I ate watermelon was in cold slices with a dash of salt sometimes, but now one of my favorite things to do with it is to chunk it into a salad bowl, add some crumpled feta and some fresh basil leaves cut into shreds.  Sometimes I add a bit of olive oil and some good balsamic or just the balsamic

How ‘bout grilled lettuce? Romaine head cut in half.

And grilled peaches are very tasty.

I pretty much had to quit eating it. Used to love it. Here past 2 yrs it tears up my stomach. Doesn't look green when I buy it or doesn't look too ripe.

Gives me cramps something else I had to wave good bye to.

@SharkE.  That's typical spring weather for West Texas.  No rain here yet but there's a chance for the next 4-5 days.  We are actuall above normal for rainfall so far this year.
