I had a small "green" pan a few years ago, but I thought it was too light weight - no substance to it. I have since bought some Curtis Stone pans and bakeware, and they are superb. Best pans I've bought in many years.

Unless they changed those GreenPans, I don't have anything good to say about them. My set came from HSN (Todd English) years ago. They warped and the nonstick wasn't worth a hoot. I threw them away.
