Re: Great Addition To A Meal

@kate2357  I just read your post about the products with mayo or miracle whip. I won't buy anything with miracle whip as I don't know anyone including me who likes it. It's always Hellmans with us.

Right? We don't eat a lot of stuff w/ mayo anymore ... but if I do make up some tartar sauce or my own salad dressing, it has to be made w/ Best Foods (Hellman's).

Most every commercial mayo has switched over to soy oil.  Ruined the taste.  Check the label, it is not the same.

Re: Great Addition To A Meal

@kate2357  I have lived on the east coast for more than 70 years

and I never knew of anyone to use Miracle Whip in potato salad

or macaroni salad. Store, deli, family and everyone I know make those with mayonaise, also tuna salad. Once, about 40 years ago,

I ate at a friends house and she made a sandwich using Miracle

Whip. Like you, I almost spit it out. It is made with corn syrup, too sweet. I never knew anyone else who used it.

The Reiser's products I get are good.  I would throw any item made with Miracle Whip!  I don't want a mouth of lemon!!!

@ECBG  I love fresh lemon and use it often. I don't remember

tasting lemon in the Miracle Whip, it was so long ago. All I remember that I could taste was that unpleasant sweetness.

I use a lot of fresh lemon.  I don't want lemon on a tomato sandwich.  I can't stand Miracle Whip.

@ECBG @We also eat Resers every week. I prefer the Signature Macaroni and Cheese to the Baked Macaroni and Cheese. It's creamier and tastes cheesier. We love the mashed Potatoes. Both of these foods are staples in our house. I did not enjoy the Scalloped Potatoes because each potato slice had a hardness I did not like.

@catter70  I googled the product and the stores in my area came up. My local Shop Rite and Wegmans.

@proudlyfromNJ my local Shoprite & Fresh Grocer has this also. I will pick up one on my next shopping trip. Thanks @ECBG
