How do you clean yours? Specifically air-fryer and griddle with removable plates. Hard with stainless steel finish.

I spray my airfryer is Dawn Powerwash. I can't get my stove top clean though. It's stainless steel and I can't get around the gas burners clean. I don't want to resort to a razor blade.

Lysol All Purpose Cleaner works for me. Leave on 30 minutes.

You might try one of the granular cleaners like BioClean. It's safe for stainless steel, and I'm sure it would also clean the grease from your countertops. I bought it from the Q, but I noticed that both Home Depot and Menard's also carry a similar product.

I keep no appliances on the countertop for that main reason...grease and dust! The only thing I have is a toaster on my main counter and my coffee maker on my coffee bar.

We use grease lightning. It works excellent on any the greasie and other things. It comes in a spray bottle. In a gallon and the other day in Lowes I bout it in a 5 gallon big plastic container.

I believe I got it at Walmart last time, but you might need to look in the automotive department, that's where I first discovered this stuff. I use in the kitchen for greasy things though. It actually has many uses in my house when I really need a strong cleaner.
